MAC Viva Glam V Lipstick - This is my go-to lipstick. It looks great alone or with any gloss on top. I love how it can give me a quick yet polished lip. I will repurchase until I die.

MAC Fibre Rich Lash - I think I have found my HG mascara. I used to only use waterproof mascaras because they were the only ones that held my curl but it was SUCH a pain to remove (I would wake up with raccoon eyes). Fibre Rich actually adds nylon fibres onto my lashes making them visibly longer! This doesn't smudge or run on me throughout the day and I have pretty oily skin too. 

MAC Docile Lip Glass - This reminds me of Icescape Lip Glass but with more lavender in it. I love both. I use this over Viva Glam V and I love the results.

MAC Spree Lip Glass - This color is hard to describe. In some ways, it reminds me of a darker version of Viva Glam V Lipstick with a little bit more color. I see myself using this up pretty fast.

On a side note, Venomous Villains comes out in stores today! Yayyyyyy! What did you get?

Beautylish Night of Beauty Event

Last Thursday, I had the honor and privilege to be one of the makeup artists for the Beautylish Night of Beauty Event held at the Le Meridien in San Francisco. The decor was to die for. There were goodie bags, awesome makeup prizes, h'orderves, and of course makeup! At my station, I worked on achieving sculpted looks for our lovely attendees by using highlight and contour products. The best part of the night was meeting all the wonderful ladies and gentlemen. Everyone mingled and it turned out to be such a successful event!

I didn't get a chance to take too many pictures because I was quite busy at my station but here are some pictures I snapped and some I got from the Beautylish Facebook page.

I was challenged to do a look using absolutely no eyeliner! Applying liner is like second nature to me so it was definitely hard. I shook the habit for this look and used only eyeshadows. I think this no liner look makes me appear younger. What do you think?
