Overall: After hearing rave reviews on this product, I decided to purchase it and see what the fuss is about. I've tried it for about two weeks now and I honestly really love it. It removes most, if not all of my makeup with ease. The scent is so crisp and fresh which makes the product that much more pleasant to use. When the oil comes in contact with water, it turns into a clear milky consistency. Rinse the oil off and you're good to go! If you'd like, finish off with your regular facial cleanser. However, facial cleanser isn't necessary because the oil doesn't leave a greasy feel on your skin.
MAC Cleanse Off Oil is not only for your face; you can even use them to clean your brushes! When I do my makeup, sometimes the residual eyeshadow or eyeliner is too stubborn to remove with just brush cleanser. Well, I have a solution for you. Just clean them with some cleanse off oil and you're good to go. They'll leave your brushes soft and conditioned. Love it!
Mix some cleanse off oil with MAC microfinisher refinisher on a MAC wipe and you can exfoliate dead skin cells on your face. It smoothes out any dry patches and leaves your skin feeling as soft and supple as a baby's bottom!
And for all you MAC artists, have you ever tried cleaning the metal countertops (where the makeovers are done) with the Cleanse Off Oil? It works wonders! Windex is nothing compared to Cleanse Off Oil because it actually removes emollient products like lipstick and paint pot stains as well as lip gloss residue!
