FOTD: Matte Smoky Eyes

For those of you who don't know, "smoky eyes" is a technique in which the colors are well-blended on the eyes and imitate the illusion of smoke. Smoky eyes is probably my favorite kind of look to do. There's just something so sultry and sexy about it. It's also a very highly requested look for many MAC customers.

So for my look, I chose all matte colors to use for my smoky eyes because it gives the best color payoff. The possibilities for smoky eyes are endless! You can use anything from black to white, shimmer to matte, subtle to intense. Just have fun with it!

chibu, i haven't tried it on anyone with that skintone but i don't think it'll show up as well. it's pretty sheer. if anything, it might be a faint pink on nc44 skin.

Simple and beautiful! I've seen people wearing Garb and it looks gorgeous. I'm yet to check it out in person
