For the Harajuku Girl costume, it's so simple. You just need some random prints and bright colors. You can go crazy and cut it up in any style you want! The clothing here includes a lot of high socks, lacey, knee-high boots, and poofy dresses. It is very rock/punk inspired with lots of buckles and metal accents. Go to places like Goodwill or any other inexpensive thrift store to find affordable and crazy-looking items. You could make this whole costume for less than $20 if you look at the right places!
