So some of you may wonder what I've been up to these past couple of months. I used to blog several times a month but I'll be lucky if I can get one entry in per month.

I've been focusing a lot more on my freelance makeup gigs. Photo shoots and weddings have taken up most of my free time aside from work.

FOTD: It's a NEW YEAR!!

Hey readers! I'm so sorry I've been away. I've just been SO busy in December with the holidays and trying to do too much at once. LOL. I've finally been able to take a breather and catch up on my duties which of course, include BLOGGING! I've wanted to update for awhile now but just haven't had any new looks so far...That is, until today!

Bridal Hair and Makeup

Recently I was hired to do hair and makeup for Carla on her wedding day. She was so excited to get glammed up for her special day and was super happy with the end results. It makes me feel so accomplished when a client loves how everything turns out!

I've always been a huge fan of MAC's crushed metal pigments. They're super sparkly and totally fit in with the vibe from the Glitter and Ice holiday collection.

I wished the camera could've picked up the glitter better!

MAC Hyper Real Pressed Powder

So I was at the Cosmetic Company Store the other day and I found MAC's Hyper Real Pressed Powder in Warm Rose FX. I noticed how finely milled the shimmer was and was immediately in love. I am such a highlight/bronzer addict so I had to get it.

Hyper Real has actually been discontinued but for those who used to have it, how do you like it? What do you use it for? I can't wait to use it for tomorrow's look. Yay!
